Lovely pub in Portloe, open on boxing day and made to feel welcome when arrived, only downside was drinks were more expensive then where we live (London) also not a great range of drinks but other then that nice pub in a lovely location.

The ever-changing seasonal menu includes meat from the owners' our farm and fresh Cornish seafood. A traditional 16th century village pub, the Kings Arms serves homecooked food, well-kept ales and cold Cornish ciders. Keep cosy by the fireplace in winter, or enjoy the suntrap walled beer garden in the sunshine. The pub is dog and family friendly, and has a large car park too.

Sandy beach located just around the corner from the busier beach at Gorran Haven. This beach can only really be accessed by boat or kayak and will certainly be a lot quieter than the other nearby beaches because access is so restricted.
Not accessible except by boat!
