Located in the pretty village of St Teath and just a short walk to the popular pub, post office and village store, this comfortable modern, detached property provides stylish holiday accommodation for a family or couple looking for extra space.

Port Gaverne and Port Isaac are 4 and 5 miles respectively from the property with the bustling towns of Bude and Wadebridge a half hours drive. 

The glorious golden sand beach at Polzeath (9 miles) is a family favourite with an array of surf shops and cafes to keep you entertained and fed! A little further on from Polzeath is the dog friendly beach at Daymer Bay with ample parking (chargeable), toilets and small shop.

For the keen walkers in your party, nearby Bodmin Moor provides a great spot for picnics away from the crowds.

Stay - The Accommodation...

From the paved parking area at the front via a small ramp you enter this light, bright and airy property with a spacious hallway and handy WC cloakroom off to your left. The smart open plan willow green kitchen with butchers block work surfacing provides ample storage and set down space plus all the usual appliances for your convenience. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with French doors leading out onto the enclosed and private patio. At the other end of the dining room is the living room with comfy easy seating and wall mounted feature electric fire and Apple TV.  This property can boast 'super fast mobile broadband'.

Smart wooden laminate flooring runs throughout the ground floor.

Carpeted twist and turn stairs lead up to the three bedrooms and family bathroom WC.

At the top of the stairs is the good size single bedroom to the rear. Next is the master bedroom with king size bed again to the rear with wall mounted television and a great size shower WC ensuite with oversized shower cubicle for enhanced comfort levels. The pretty twin bedroom is located at the front of the property with the family bathroom WC with shower attachment over bath plus basin and heated towel rail completing the upstairs layout.

All bedrooms are carpeted and ample hanging and drawer space has been provided.

The property is efficently heated via gas central heating.

Outside to the front is a paved driveway with electric vehicle charging point (untethered/type 2).  To the rear is an enclosed paved patio with garden furniture provided.
