Welcome to 44 Upper Stables! The Leisure Centre is almost opposite the property.

Open up the patio doors and let the outside in.

This modernised kitchen has everything you'll need for your holiday.

The open-plan lay-out of the ground floor.

The stylish patio furniture is ideal for al fresco eating.

In the second bedroom, you'll find a 4ft 6 double bed and a free-standing wardrobe with drawers.

There's a really useful downstairs shower room with gorgeous turquoise tiling.

In the upstairs family bathroom, you'll have the choice of a bath or overhead shower.,

Beach huts and a lighthouse add to the nautical theme.

Two large sofas will easily seat five guests.

Stunning views of the beach and bay from the front of the Estate.

Enjoy a day at Helford Passage - a sandy beach with the Ferry Boat Inn and paddleboards for hire at the Kiosk, plus catch the foot ferry across to Helford Village.

Beautiful Trebah Gardens at nearby Mawnan Smith

The sandy beach at Gyllyngvase, Falmouth. Check out the Gylly Beach Cafe for lunches or a coffee and cake.

You'll have a fun, hands-on day out at the Maritime Museum in Falmouth.

The King's Pipe by the harbour in Falmouth, where the customs men used to burn all the smugglers' contraband tobacco!

St Michael's Mount is a 45 minute drive. Visit the house or wander through the village.

Try Swanpool for the beach, cafe or a round of crazy golf.

Truro is our main shopping centre, and of course, the capital city of Cornwall!

The wonderful Eden Project is about an hour's drive from here.
