A gate and half a dozen steps lead to the front door opening into the entrance porch with partial countryside views. An inner door leads directly into a rustic kitchen / breakfast room having a neatly fitted kitchen to one side and a farmhouse table and chairs to the other.
Leading from the kitchen there is a downstairs bathroom W.C with hand basin and shower over the bath. Another door from the breakfast room opens into a comfortable snug with cedar panelled walls and a wood burning stove with two armchairs. An inner hall gives access to a pleasant sitting room, which looks out onto the enclosed garden, with two sofas arranged before a wall mounted electric fire. To complete the ground floor accommodation, a conservatory spans the width of the property with a terracotta tile floor, dining table and chairs and door to the garden.
A steep carpeted staircase leads to a landing dividing at the top with a double bedroom on the right and two steps to the left giving access to a cloakroom W.C with hand basin and a twin bedded room. The cottage garden is overlooked from all three upstairs rooms.
