Experience - The Area...

Situated in a quiet residential close, Rainbows is a colourful and cosy two bedroom bungalow within a short walk of the centre of St Austell. The property provides comfortable, reasonably priced self-catering accommodation with the bonus of private parking for one car.

The accommodation design is particularly suited to a young family or couple looking for extra space with the convenience of being within striking distance of the multi-screen cinema, selection of restaurants, pubs and cafes and the White River shopping complex in St Austell town.

St Austell is able to boast some of the loveliest beaches along the South Coast of Cornwall with the beaches at Carlyon Bay and Porthpean 5 miles and Pentewan 8 miles to name but a few.Tremena Gardens is the St Austell access point to the popular walking, cycling and horse riding trails known as the Clay Trails - www.claytrails.co.uk

The world famous visitor attractions of the Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan are a 5 and 10 mile drive respectively from Rainbows.

Stay - The Accommodation...

Four steps with a hand rail lead up to the property from the front garden path, entering the property via the hallway. Off the hallway you will find the two bedrooms with kingsize double and twin beds respectively, both with wash hand basins and built in wardrobes, a family bathroom WC with half bath and overhead shower, additional separate WC, comfortable lounge with two leather sofas and modern kitchen/diner with handy fold away dining table and four chairs.

A door from the kitchen and a couple of steps lead down to the enclosed back garden where patio furniture is provided. There is a useful study/drying room in the property and although the garage is not available for car parking a store room within the garage has been provided so guests staying at Rainbows can easily store surfboards and bikes etc.
