Stay - The Accommodation...
Approached from the shared gravel driveway, four steps and a sloping paved path with handrail leads up to the entrance of this single storey self-contained barn with double glazing and oil fired central heating.
The front door opens directly into a light and modern, well equipped kitchen and to one side, there is a shower room W.C. with hand basin. Beyond the kitchen, an inner door leads into a light and comfortably furnished open-plan living room which acts as both lounge and bedroom with a double bed, small occasional table with dining chairs and a settee next to the French Windows.
From here, two steps lead down to a private outdoor sitting area with barbecue and patio furniture for the visitor's sole use, an ideal spot for watching the local birdlife. Guests are welcome to enjoy the shared acre of gardens and a paddock, home to some sheep and miniature goats; the owner also offers shared use of their outdoor hot tub free of charge after a strenuous day walking.
