In the heart of Cornwall, Dippers is nestled in a tranquil woodland setting on the banks of the River Par in the historic World Heritage site of the Luxulyan Valley, and yet only 10 minutes from Cornwall's south coast, an area of sandy coves and bays, fishing villages, historic harbours and sub-tropical gardens.

The famous Eden Project and its sister, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, are 1.5 miles and 11.5 miles, respectively. There are several beaches to choose from in St Austell Bay including Porthpean, Carlyon, Par and Polkerris.
The North coast beaches of Polzeath, Daymer Bay and Rock, with Port Isaac, home to Doc Martin, all around 20 miles from Dippers.
Dippers offers a location full of adventurous walks, cycle rides, nature spotting or a place to relax, unwind and enjoy time with family and loved ones.
