The bustling coastal villages of Mevagissey & Fowey are 5 and 8 miles respectively and for those wishing to get out on the bike if you don't have you own you can hire them at Pentewan and ride down the scenic cycle paths around Mevagissey, St Austell and the beautiful south coast.

Stay - The Accommodation...

Welcome to The Beach Lodge which has been lovingly and thoughtfully restored by the current owner. Having arrived and parked, it is only a short walk across the gravel to the front door with two granite steps leading you into a light and cosy sitting room furnished with a sofa and two arm chairs with two traditional sash windows providing plenty of natural light.

An archway opens into the living space with a modern fitted kitchen with all the mod cons and table with six chairs at one end. A further area to relax with two comfortable sofas arranged in front of the ornamental fireplace and two traditional sash windows providing natural light at the other end of the room. From the kitchen an arch leads through to a utility room with a washer/dryer and doors leading out to the private sunny patio with a further door opening into a wet room with W.C and heated towel rail.

The ground floor has laminate flooring with rugs and is centrally heated with radiators. A traditional steep staircase with thirteen narrow treads with part balustrading and handrail lead to the first floor where you will find three bedrooms all tastefully furnished. A double bedroom with a king size bed which can be split to two three foot single's, a twin bedroom with three foot singles which can be linked to create a king with two traditional sash windows providing plenty of natural light and a separate W.C with heated towel rail and basin and a bunk room with three foot bunkbeds. A family bathroom W.C with heated towel rail completes the first floor accommodation. The first floor has laminate flooring with rugs and is centrally heated with radiators.

The Beach Lodge has a private sunny patio at the rear to enjoy a lazy afternoon or evening with a stone wall, palm tree and bamboo. The patio is open to the side and front of the property with a camellia and laurel hedge with borders and a gravel drive with parking for two to three cars.
