The pedestrian entrance to the property is through the arched glass doors facing the main road, where there is off road parking in addition to the allocated parking space, into a communal lobby and up four carpeted steps to a private front door which opens into a carpeted hallway.

The stylishly decorated accommodation comprises a family bathroom with shower over the bath, W.C, basin and heated towel rail and two carpeted bedrooms both with views of the original old foundry waterwheel. The master bedroom has a king-size double bed, a mirror fronted walk-in wardrobe with sliding doors, TV and en-suite shower room W.C with hand basin and heated towel rail, and a twin bedroom with zip link beds providing the option of an additional double bedroom (by prior arrangement) and a mirror fronted wardrobe with sliding doors.
