With first floor sea views overlooking the eighteenth hole of the clifftop Carlyon Bay Golf Club, this spacious semi-detached dormer bungalow (previously marketed as Seaview Bungalow) provides comfortable and versatile holiday accommodation set at the end of the prestigious Sea Road in Carlyon Bay.

Less than half a mile from the South West Coast Path offering breathtaking views of St Austell Bay and the sandy beach at Carlyon Bay, this is an ideal base for both walkers and families wishing to explore South Cornwall.  The nearest dog friendly beaches are Spit Beach and Par Beach about a 10 minute drive.  

The renowned Carlyon Bay Hotel and Spa is open to non-residents just a few hundred yards along Sea Road and there are a choice of pubs and local restaurants approximately half a mile away.  The nearest shop is 1.5 miles and the beautiful gardens of Pinetum and the Eden Project are within 10 minutes by car.

Thanks to the convenient location this terrific property occupies, easy vehicular access to some of the must visit places around South Cornwall including the scenic destinations of Charlestown and Fowey can be enjoyed.  With the train line close by, access around the county and further afield from the Par and St Austell stations offers up a variety of additional visitor destinations to choose from.

Stay - The Accommodation...

Entered from the tarmac parking area, two steps lead up to the front porch opening to the spacious living room with picture window and leather reclining sofas and armchair providing comfortable space in which to relax.

Off the living room is the double bedroom with wall mounted television to the front, twin bedroom with ensuite shower room WC to the rear and separate family bathroom WC with bath, electric shower over, basin and heated towel rail.

The open plan, well equipped kitchen/dining room to the back of the property overlooks the rear garden and has a fully glazed door giving access to the paved patio and lawn.

Off the dining room is a compact handy room accommodating a full size single bed which overlooks the back garden.

From the dining room a lockable interconnecting door leads into the 'Bunker' which is a fully self-contained one bedroom annexe with shower room WC and open plan kitchenette/living room.  The bedroom is upstairs and has lovely views out across the eighteenth hole and sea beyond.  The bedroom in the annexe comprises of a double bed and single bed with small wall mounted television.

All bedrooms provide ample hanging and drawer space and the property has gas central heating.

For smaller parties, The Bunker (ID no. 827) sleeping 3 and The Caddie (ID no. 828) sleeping 5 can be let seperately. Please contact the office for details.
