Located on the Camel Trail in Wadebridge is Little Sidings, a charming semi-detached house on the edge of the town.

Tucked away in a peaceful cul-de-sac within a short, flat walk of the town centre, river Camel and Egloshayle park with childrens play areas and tennis courts,  Little Sidings provides a perfect base for a leisurely or action packed holiday........your choice!

Little Sidings sits close to where the old railway line serving Wadebridge once stood and boasts very easy access onto the Camel bicycle trail to Boscarne (Bodmin).

The bustling town of Wadebridge is just a few short miles to some of North Cornwall's finest beaches with the town itself offering a variety of small, independently owned shops and eateries as well as two screen cinema and larger supermarkets on the outskirts of the town.

The nearest beaches are dog friendly Daymer Bay and family friendly Polzeath which are 7 and 7.5 miles away respectively.

Just 8 miles from Wadebridge is Padstow with its pretty harbour and quirky shops.  Padstow is also home to some of the County's  terrific 'foodie' restaurants owned by the likes of Rick Stein and Paul Ainsworth.  A passenger ferry from Padstow operates to Rock where a number of celebrities have chosen to live when in Cornwall.

Stay - The Accommodation...

Step up into the front porch and a further step up into the light, bright and carpeted hallway.

Off the hallway is the spacious living room with 50 inch Smart TV. The exceptionally comfortable three seater sofa and two armchairs are fully reclining.......lovely!

From the living room at the back of the property is the good size and well equipped kitchen. A pleasant conservatory leads off the kitchen with further comfy seating and dining table with chairs. The conservatory with tiled floor looks out onto the pretty enclosed garden with access to the secure garage for the storage of bikes and surfboards etc.

Up the carpeted stairs (with handrail) are the three bedrooms comprising of spacious king bedroom to the rear and two good size single bedrooms to the front.  All bedrooms are carpeted and have ample hanging and drawer space provided in each.

A family shower room WC with walk-in shower completes the upstairs layout.

The property is efficiently heated by gas central heating.

Outside to the front is a small open lawn and parking for one car in front of the garage.  A second car could be accommodated (nose to tail) depending on the size of both cars. To the back is a very pretty southerly facing and enclosed garden with lawn and small patio.
