In Trelights is the Longcross Hotel and Restaurant with stunning views serving great food and drink throughout the daytime and evening (open April to October, non residents welcome).
Benefiting from a superb location and within very easy reach of popular visitor destinations like Port Isaac, Port Quin for rock pooling and majestic clifftop walks, Polzeath beach with the renowned Surfs Up Surf School, the village of Rock and its sailing attributes as well as Wadebridge and Tintagel. Stay - The Accommodation...
The front entrance doorway leads into a porch and parquet floored hallway off which the spacious dining room and large kitchen/breakfast room can be found. A door from the kitchen leads out into the back porch/boot room and utility where a handy ground floor WC and laundry room are located.
Another door leads off from the kitchen into the family room, sunny conservatory and comfortable living room with feature wood burner. Thanks to the clever arrangement of living space, the layout at Trecreege ensures that there is plenty of room to spread out or indeed get together.
A staircase leads up to the sleeping accommodation which comprises of a very spacious king size bedroom with wooden flooring and views to the front of the property, a carpeted bunk bedded room to the rear, another large double bedroom with wooden flooring and views to the side and front with a pleasant twin bedroom to the rear. A family bathroom WC with bath, overhead shower, wash hand basin and bidet plus an additional, separate shower room WC complete the upstairs layout.
Outside the generous lawn garden provides ample space for relaxation and in addition the neighbouring field is also available for guests use. Ample parking for up to three cars is provided to the front of the property on a gravelled surface.
