Experience - The Area...

A beautifully presented cottage and finished to a very high standard, Bluebell Cottage in the hamlet of Rose provides comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people and all this within easy reach of Perranporth, St Agnes and Newquay. Just a mile away is the village of Goonhavern with popular pub and convenience store.  Perranporth with its 3 mile stretch of golden sand is an easy five minute drive from Bluebell Cottage with St Agnes and Newquay 6 miles and 7 miles respectively.

Stay - The Accommodation...

Entering the property from the back you will find a small porch and ground floor WC with wash hand basin. Off the back porch is the stunning kitchen with all the usual appliances provided. The tastefully furnished open plan living and dining room with Karndean flooring and wood burner completes the ground floor accommodation.

The twist and turn Cornish style staircase leads up to the carpeted bedrooms and family bathroom WC from the kitchen.  At the top of the stairs and up one step to the right is the master double bedroom with 4'6 double and shower WC ensuite complete with fixed rain head shower and separate shower hose.  To the left of the landing and up three steps is the family bathroom WC with bath and overhead electric shower again providing a duel shower combination. A sweet, versatile single/twin bedroom overlooking the hamlet of Rose provides a truckle bed arrangement enabling a spacious single bedroom or twin bedroom depending on your requirements.  At the far end of the landing is a 5ft double bedroom with the versatility to be made up as two 2'6 single beds

The property is heated by modern style oil fired central heating throughout with the addition of the wood burner for the cooler evenings.Outside to the back of the property is a small graveled and decked area for alfresco dining.  Parking is available to the road in front of the property.
