Jahaytie is a spacious and very comfortable family holiday home located on the outskirts of Newquay town centre but conveniently positioned just off the Gannel Road for good access on foot or by car to Fistral beach, Newquay town centre, zoo, boating lake and leisure park as well as being able to easily access the major road routes in the County without getting caught up in town centre traffic. The property benefits from enclosed gardens to the front and rear as well as ample parking for a number of cars PLUS an undercover six person hot tub is available (see please note).
The world renowned surfing beach at Fistral is a few minutes' walk with an array of quality eateries along the beach for you to choose from. If relaxation is an essential part of your holiday then the Fistral Beach and Headland Hotels located on either side of Fistral beach have superb day spas that are worth checking out. The picturesque River Gannel is less than a five minute walk from Jahaytie.
Thanks to the convenient location this property boasts, Cornwall and all it has to offer will be at your disposal. The main A30 is less than a twenty minute drive away with the pretty village of Crantock and its stunning beach under ten minutes' drive.
Stay - The Accommodation...
Four steps lead down from the tarmacked parking area to the front door and terrace area with garden furniture. One step up into the entrance hallway where you will find two ground floor carpeted bedrooms, a handy wash room with WC, fully equipped kitchen with separate utility area and carpeted living and dining rooms. The ground floor, front aspect bedrooms consist of a large double bedroom and twin bedroom.
A carpeted, open tread staircase leads up to the remaining three bedrooms and family bathroom WC. The three first floor bedrooms comprise of a large master double bedroom with corner bath and separate shower WC ensuite. Off the master bedroom is a lovely external balcony, a perfect place to have an early morning cuppa. The remaining two bedrooms to the first floor are both doubles and are located to the front and rear of the property respectively. The family bathroom WC has a bath with hand held shower attachment, separate shower cubicle and wash hand basin. All bedrooms provide a wealth of hanging and drawer space.
Outside, the enclosed gardens are mainly laid to lawn with pretty shrubs adding colour and interest. A lockable shed is provided for guests wishing to store bikes or surfboards.
