Tucked away in a quiet residential courtyard on the edge of Newquay town centre is Crysawna, a new build two bedroom mews style property just a five minute walk from all the amenities. Newquay itself is a popular Cornish holiday destination for families and couples alike with some of the County's most famous and lovely beaches all within easy reach.
To the town centre side of Crysawna is the Great Western beach which is just a half miles walk. The town has a varied selection of shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants catering for all tastes, cinema and aquarium. Despite the added bonus of on-site parking, the railway and bus station are also within walking distance.
To the lower side of Crysawna you will find the quieter Trenance gardens and boating lake with Newquay Zoo and Newquay Water World Leisure Park at your disposal all within half a mile. The world famous Fistral beach is less than two miles away with a short passenger 'ferry' trip during the season available from the Fern Pit Cafe, Pentire across the River Gannel to the pretty village of Crantock.

A shallow step leads into the vinyl floored entrance hallway with ample hooks provided for coats and a cloakroom W.C. with hand basin. The open plan, light and airy living space with huge floor to ceiling windows and sliding patio doors provides a very pleasant space for relaxation with comfortable lounge seating and a dining suite. The living and dining space is carpeted with the smart fully fitted kitchen area to the rear vinyl floored.
Two large sliding patio doors lead out into the small, sunny gravelled outside area with patio furniture provided, ideal for alfresco dining.
The carpeted staircase leads up to the first floor gallery style landing with casual seating looking directly down into the living space (small children will need to be supervised in this area), two comfortable bedrooms and a family bathroom. The vinyl floored bathroom W.C. has bath with overhead mixer shower, basin and large heated towel rail. The two bedrooms comprise of a double with 4'6 bed to the side and twin bedroom to the back of the property. Both bedrooms are carpeted and have wooden venetian blinds.
This modern property benefits from having a natural air ventilation system in place which means that old air is taken away and new, fresh air is circulated throughout the property on a continuous basis.
