We have hundreds of properties in our portfolio which, collectively, enables us to extensively market your property to ensure you achieve the maximum number of bookings. We also take care of the day to day enquiries, bookings, collecting money, paying owners, sending out paperwork, and ensuring there are no double bookings!

Our highly visible website attracts many thousands of visits every month. Since we first experimented with the internet back in 1998, our website has become the cornerstone of our business. Use of the internet to book a self catering holiday has gone from a practical, but optional novelty, to a market expectation as systems become easier to use and fear of spending online reduces. It is now our most valuable marketing tool and we invest heavily to ensure continual improvement.

Brochure
For those who prefer to browse the traditional way, all our properties feature in an attractive, easy to use, informative brochure. Formerly the mainstay of marketing for self catering cottages, it still has an important role to play in our marketing quiver. The brochure is sent out to our previous customers as it comes off the press and subsequently to all those who prefer to flick through something tangible, at their leisure.

Administration
We do the work for you
Being by the phone, managing the bookings, handling the money, we do this so you don’t have to! There are some brave souls out there who venture into their own marketing and administration, but they soon discover that it is a full time job. Managing phone and email enquiries quickly, understanding and implementing marketing strategies, maintaining a website, accepting various forms of payment, taking online bookings and managing the diary (to avoid the dreaded double booking!) is all in a day’s work for us.

Experience
Cornish Traditional Cottages started as a hobby in 1961. Cornwall was a very different place back then, and we are a very different business now. With this much experience, we must be doing something right! Our long history also means we have a large number of guests who book with us again and again.

We do not charge any joining fees, annual registration, brochure or website fees, in fact, no fees at all! Our competitive commission is only realised when we get you bookings.

Our cancellation cover improves your booking security. Once a booking is confirmed we guarantee that you will be paid for the booking, regardless of cancellations.

Our staff offer a helpful, friendly, efficient and professional customer service and we do our best to accommodate your individual needs.
