There is one ground floor bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower room W.C. with hand basin.  Carpeted stairs lead up in one corner of the sitting room to a wide landing, a twin bedded room and a bathroom W.C. with Jacuzzi bath and hand basin. 

The garden featuring an outstanding Wisteria has a sheltered lawn and storage shed with ample room for beach gear, and there is off road parking for one car. 

There is a pub that serves good food within a 10 minute walk and St Austell, 2 miles, has a range of shops and facilities including supermarkets, a cinema, bowling alley and leisure centre.  The Lost Gardens of Heligan are within a 30 minute drive as are the picturesque coastal villages of Mevagissey and Fowey, and there are two golf courses at nearby Carlyon Bay and Porthpean.  Ici on parle francais.
