With superb uninterrupted coastal views along the cliffs of Looe Bay and out to sea beyond Looe Island this comfortable detached bungalow is set in a lovely cliff top garden. Approached from a lane by a gated tarmac drive that winds down through the garden, the property is fronted by a lawn, part shaded by trees. Three steps lead up from the parking area to the front door which opens into a small hallway. On the seaward side and with lovely views are a kitchen dining room, a light spacious sitting room with double glazed patio doors which open to the front lawn (three steps down). There are two bedrooms, a double and one with twin beds, and a bathroom W.C. with hand basin and shower cubicle. The hot water supply is boosted by a back boiler to the open fire and by solar panels. The garden is fenced and hedged but not totally pet or toddler proof and there is a garden shed for the storage of beach gear etc. Looe to the west with its shops, pubs, restaurants, fishing trips and boat hire is 3.5 miles by road but can be reached by footpath. There are small stores at Nomansland, Seaton and Downderry open all year, the latter has beaches and is 2 miles. Please note: Bed linen is available at £6 per double & £3 per single per week to be paid on arrival. Towels are available at £2 per person per week to be paid on arrival

Our rating method, the popular "smiles" system is generated entirely by the feedback we receive from our visitors. The number of smiles is arrived at by taking the average grading given to the question:
How would you rate the cottage's fittings, furnishings and equipment?’
A property will achieve a rating of 5 Smiles down to 1 Smile, although it is our policy not to carry any properties with ratings lower than 3 Smiles. The customer chooses from the following ratings:

There is an extra charge for pets, most commonly at £18 pppw (per pet per week).
Assistance dogs are of course welcome in all our cottages free of charge, however owners of them should be aware that a considerable number of people are allergic to dogs and in some cases can have a severe reaction. Owners are therefore encouraged, where at all possible, to choose a property which normally allows pets.
Some properties accept pets other than dogs, but in all cases we are required to confirm consent from the cottage owner. Please contact the office on 01208 821 666 if you would like to take a pet other than a dog with you to one of our cottages.
