A traditional detached rural cottage with wonderful panoramic coast and sea views across to Lundy Island.
Set to one side of the approach road to Boscastle just before it begins the winding descent into the village, it is entered from a gated paved parking areas where there is room for two cars. A small lawn slopes to a path and a stable door which opens into a porch with coat pegs.
An inner glazed door leads into a wide, beamed sitting / dining room and to a slate floored fitted kitchen with a lovely view out to sea across the fields, and a door to a paved service courtyard ungated to the road. A double glazed sun room reached from the sitting / dining room has sliding doors to the small lawned garden and patio area, all with fine views.
Uncarpeted pine stairs go directly up from the sitting area to a landing with a bathroom W.C., hand basin and hand shower fitment to the bath and to two cottage bedrooms with beams and sloping ceilings. A double and one with two single beds.
The garden and parking area are fenced and gated and there is a further gate to a roughly cut fenced paddock that abuts a field on one side and is reached by a railed wooden footbridge over a small stream. An ideal place for older children to let off steam but neither area is pet or toddler proof and both will require some supervision. Boscastle is only a few minutes drive down the hill.

Assistance dogs are of course welcome in all our cottages free of charge, however owners of them should be aware that a considerable number of people are allergic to dogs and in some cases can have a severe reaction. Owners are therefore encouraged, where at all possible, to choose a property which normally allows pets.
Some properties accept pets other than dogs, but in all cases we are required to confirm consent from the cottage owner. Please contact the office on 01208 821 666 if you would like to take a pet other than a dog with you to one of our cottages.
- Select the check box next to the week(s) you wish to book. Multiple weeks can only be booked consecutively. Non consecutive weeks must be booked separately.
- A summary of your booking will appear. To proceed with the booking select the 'Continue booking' button in the summary box. Deselect the weeks to remove the summary box.
- Weeks marked as 'Reserve' (highlighted in blue) cannot be booked at this point in time because availability and prices have not yet been agreed with the owner. You can reserve these weeks in your name until availability and pricing has been agreed. It is important to note that a 'Reserved' period can only be confirmed in your name if the owner wishes to make the Reserved period available for booking.
- 'Reserved' weeks (as opposed to 'Reserve' weeks) can only be booked by a customer who has 'Reserved' the highlighted period.
All prices are per week per property. Many properties promote an all inclusive price although some charge for extras such as bed linen, towels, heating and/or electricity. The Property description will detail any extra charges.
Booked: A customer has committed to a holiday period by paying a deposit or the full amount for a rental period.
Reserved: When a property is not yet available to be booked, a customer can 'Reserve' the property in their name on a first come first served basis. When Cornish Traditional Cottages and the owner have agreed availability and pricing for your selected period we will contact you to let you know if you can then book the property in your name. A Reservation does not guarantee a booking because the owner has first right of refusal on all availability.

- 4 nights: 71.5% of the weekly price
- 5 nights: 91% of the weekly price

It is important to note that a 'Reserved' period can only be booked if the owner wishes to make the 'Reserved' period available for booking. Upon completion of your reservation you will receive confirmation by email or post containing details of the reservation.
