The picturesque NT harbour at Boscastle and the sandy surfing beach at Trebarwith Strand are about a five minute drive respectively. There is also an abundance of local footpaths and glorious cliff walks in the immediate area. Two free membership cards to Bowood Park Golf Club near Camelford entitle the holders to free use of the golf course.
