Treligga | Nr Port Isaac | Sleeps 12 in 4 cottages
TRELIGGA FARM COTTAGES - Four single storey barns of great character, on two sides of a walled and gated courtyard, originally the farm yard of this working farm in the hamlet of Treligga, just three fields from the coastal footpath and on three lovely circular walks. There is an established Carp Lake for the use of experienced licenced anglers, a real bonus for out of season bookings. Carefully converted, Honeysuckle, Stable Cottage, Swallows and Wild Rose are cosy with double glazing and central heating and the full length windows which face the sunny central courtyard ensure that they are light and airy. There is ample parking for cars within the courtyard together with undercover storage for bikes, wetsuits and beach gear if required. There is a summer house accessible to wheelchairs with good sea views. Recycling facilities are available on site. Each property has a Quality 32" LCD Freeview TV and a flat screen TV with Freeview in the main bedroom.

Named after the Swallows that have chosen this barn for their nest.
Entered from a fenced and gated patio garden, the glazed front door opens to a slate floored hallway with an adjacent shower room W.C. and hand basin. The part beamed living room, one step up, has a fitted kitchen area, dining space and comfortable seating with books supplied.
There are two bedrooms, a bunk room with 3ft pine bunks and, two steps down, an attractively shaped double bedroom with hand basin and three windows, one with a glimpse of the sea over low slate roofs.
Please note: Bed linen is available at £10 per double & £5 per single per week to be paid on arrival. Towels are not available.

How would you rate the cottage's fittings, furnishings and equipment?’
A property will achieve 3, 2 or 1 smiles depending on the percentage of ‘goods’ it receives in answer to the question above. Below are the comparisons:
3 smiles (90% 'good' ratings)
2 smiles (75% 'good' ratings)
1 smile (50% 'good' ratings)
There are a number of properties that have been recently added to our portfolio and these are headed "New".
Assistance dogs are of course welcome in all our cottages free of charge, however owners of them should be aware that a considerable number of people are allergic to dogs and in some cases can have a severe reaction. Owners are therefore encouraged, where at all possible, to choose a property which normally allows pets.
Some properties accept pets other than dogs, but in all cases we are required to confirm consent from the cottage owner. Please contact the office on 01208 821 666 if you would like to take a pet other than a dog with you to one of our cottages.
