Situated in the same location as Harbours Edge, these light and airy waterside apartments are just a moments stroll from the fishing harbour and a multitude of village shops and restaurants.
Approached by a shared entrance lobby at ground level, an internal railed staircase leads up to the private front door on the first floor which opens to a long carpeted hallway. The accommodation comprises of a warm and inviting living room with comfortable lounge seating and a dining suite next to two windows with delightful views watching the fishing boats coming in and out of the harbour below. In one corner, an open doorway leads through to a small but well equipped galley kitchen at the rear with a ceramic hob and pine fitted units.
There are two pleasantly furnished bedrooms; a double bedroom at the rear, and one with a vanity basin and a triple sleeper which comprises a 4ft double bed below and 3ft single bunk bed on top, enjoying lovely views overlooking the harbour and far out to sea. To complete the accommodation, there is a shower room W.C. with hand basin and heated towel rail accessed from the hallway.
There is a small sheltered courtyard at the rear bounded on one side by the cliff face which is shared with the other residents, and it is possible to unload the car at the entrance to the apartments, with a parking permit provided for the harbour car park 150 yards away.
Much of the local fishermens catch finds its way into Mevagisseys restaurants and pubs nearby and there are also a variety of shops close at hand. Pleasure boat and fishing trips are available from the quayside as well as a seasonal passenger ferry to Fowey, and the South West Coast Path passes right through the centre of Mevagissey. The village has a model railway and a small aquarium housed in the old lifeboat building, and there are several sandy beaches just a short distance away. The Lost Gardens of Heligan are a 10 minute drive and the Eden Project is about 20 minutes away.
