Wooden open tread stairs lead up from the entrance hall to the first floor and a spacious sitting room with a hip shaped ceiling, a laminate floor, leather seating and views across the bay towards St Ives from three Velux windows. There is a shared lawn and barbecue area, which has stock proof fencing separating it from the adjacent fields.
