Seasteps is a spacious waterside town house built overlooking the beautiful River Fowey and its busy harbour. The accommodation is arranged on four floors and the house is situated in close proximity to all local amenities. At street level there is a fully fitted kitchen, a dining room with a bay window overlooking the water and a comfortable sitting room with fine river views.  The sitting room has a railed balcony with access through wide patio doors which enjoys the sun for much of the day. 

From the hallway stairs run down to the lower ground floor to a twin bedded room, a shower room with WC and a utility room. From here access is made to the outside. A flight of steps leads to a narrow walled garden, from the end of which double gates lead onto a platform and steps to the river and foreshore. Two further bedrooms and a bathroom WC with shower over the bath are located on the first floor. One is the master bedroom with a king size bed which again directly overlooks the water. The other on the street side has twin beds. On the second floor is a long loft bedroom with four single beds and river views to front and side.

The recommended car park is a pay and display 400 yards away, beyond the Bodinnick car ferry.

Fowey is a charming small town with shops, independent restaurants, pubs and galleries. There is a sheltered beach at Readymoney cove reached by a walk of about 15 minutes through the town. There are lovely creek walks and the possibility of taking a fishing trip hiring a kayak to explore the water or visiting Polruan or Mevagissey by ferry.  The Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan are a short drive away, as are many other beaches and National Trust properties.
