With lovely views of the River Camel and playing fields beyond, this deceptively light and spacious, split-level, modern terraced house is quietly situated in a small residential cul-de-sac on the outskirts of the old market town of Wadebridge.
Approached by a few steps and a sloping path which lead down from the private parking area, the house is fronted by a small open plan gravel patio garden with the front door set beneath a canopy porch roof. An entrance lobby has coat pegs on the wall and an inner door opens to a mid level hallway with an adjacent newly fitted kitchen.
A short flight of wooden stairs leads down to the lower ground floor where a good sized living room accommodates an oak dining suite and comfortable sofas enjoying splendid views across the River Camel to the recreational park, the 15th century church at Egloshayle and the surrounding countryside. Double glazed sliding patio doors open from the sitting area to a sheltered terrace and a few steps lead down to the small fenced rear garden.
From the hallway, a few wooden steps lead up to a half landing where there are a fully tiled shower room W.C. with hand basin and a master bedroom with a 5ft bed, laminate flooring and picturesque views looking over the Camel Trail and countryside beyond. To complete the accommodation, a short flight of stairs then continues to the top floor and a carpeted twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a window overlooking the communal green.
Wadebridge, 5 minutes walk, has good shops, cafes and restaurants, a cinema, playing fields with tennis courts and there is a leisure centre nearby with a swimming pool. Bicycles may be hired in the town to explore the Camel Trail eastwards to Bodmin pass the award winning Camel Valley Vineyards, or more popularly west to Padstow.
There is a wide choice of beaches around the Camel Estuary, in particular the sailing centre of Rock, the family beach at Daymer Bay and the surfing beach at Polzeath all of which are approximately 5 miles away. The picturesque fishing ports of Padstow and Port Isaac are only a 15 minute drive respectively and the area has several golf courses within a short drive.

Assistance dogs are of course welcome in all our cottages free of charge, however owners of them should be aware that a considerable number of people are allergic to dogs and in some cases can have a severe reaction. Owners are therefore encouraged, where at all possible, to choose a property which normally allows pets.
Some properties accept pets other than dogs, but in all cases we are required to confirm consent from the cottage owner. Please contact the office on 01208 821 666 if you would like to take a pet other than a dog with you to one of our cottages.
- Select the check box next to the week(s) you wish to book. Multiple weeks can only be booked consecutively. Non consecutive weeks must be booked separately.
- A summary of your booking will appear. To proceed with the booking select the 'Continue booking' button in the summary box. Deselect the weeks to remove the summary box.
- Weeks marked as 'Reserve' (highlighted in blue) cannot be booked at this point in time because availability and prices have not yet been agreed with the owner. You can reserve these weeks in your name until availability and pricing has been agreed. It is important to note that a 'Reserved' period can only be confirmed in your name if the owner wishes to make the Reserved period available for booking.
- 'Reserved' weeks (as opposed to 'Reserve' weeks) can only be booked by a customer who has 'Reserved' the highlighted period.
All prices are per week per property. Many properties promote an all inclusive price although some charge for extras such as bed linen, towels, heating and/or electricity. The Property description will detail any extra charges.
Booked: A customer has committed to a holiday period by paying a deposit or the full amount for a rental period.
Reserved: When a property is not yet available to be booked, a customer can 'Reserve' the property in their name on a first come first served basis. When Cornish Traditional Cottages and the owner have agreed availability and pricing for your selected period we will contact you to let you know if you can then book the property in your name. A Reservation does not guarantee a booking because the owner has first right of refusal on all availability.

- Up to 3 nights: 62% of the weekly price
- 4 nights: 71.5% of the weekly price
- 5 nights: 91% of the weekly price
- 6 nights: 100% of the weekly price
It is important to note that a 'Reserved' period can only be booked if the owner wishes to make the 'Reserved' period available for booking. Upon completion of your reservation you will receive confirmation by email or post containing details of the reservation.
