Property Details

With glorious views looking out to sea and across towards Looe Island, this attractive first floor apartment is set just 100 yards from the large south facing beach located at the bottom of the peaceful River Seaton Valley in the seaside hamlet of Seaton.

This recently built, detached property comprises three self-contained dwellings with the two first floor flats sharing an outer front door and an internal carpeted staircase. The inner front door opens directly into a central lobby with an adjacent cloaks area.

There is a spacious, light and airy living room with an open vaulted ceiling, a pine dining suite and a good sofa bed offering flexibility to the sleeping arrangements. From here, sliding patio doors open out to a delightful walled balcony with picturesque views overlooking the park and beach, far out to sea and along the coast.

At the rear, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a pleasant twin bedroom, both catch the morning sun and face the rising banks of the valley wall adorned with seasonal flowering shrubs. To complete the accommodation there is a bathroom W.C. with wash basin and shower over the bath. There is on site parking for one car.

Seaton has a pub, bistro, post office/small shop and a beach café offering take away all within a couple of minutes walk and there is level access on to the beach with its wide expanse of sand and pebbles. The South West Coast Path extends east to Whitsand Bay and west towards Looe and there are also fine walks up the lovely wooded valley from Seaton Countryside Park to Hessenford, a haven for birds and wildlife. The Monkey Sanctuary is 2 miles, a selection of fishing and pleasure boat trips depart from the quayside in Looe which is 7 miles by road, and there are several golf courses nearby. A local bus service operates to Looe, Polperro and Plymouth.

Please note: Bed linen is available at £5 per person per week and towels are available at £3 per person per week to be paid on arrival.
