Carpeted stairs wind up to the first floor landing, a shower room with hand basin, separate cloakroom W.C. and three cottage style bedrooms with high ceilings and wooden sash windows. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed with an oblique glimpse of the estuary, there is a smaller twin bedded room at the rear, and the third room has 3ft bunk beds. There is a private off road parking space for one car about 20 yards away.

The property is within a 5 minute walk of the town centre with an abundance of shops, pubs, and restaurants and just 150 yards to the quayside which offers many marine based activities. There is a choice of four beautiful beaches within walking distance, the nearest being a 10 minute walk, all with sands and rock pools. Ferries depart from the pier to Flushing and St Mawes, and there are also boat trips operating to Truro and the Helford River. Pendennis Castle and the National Maritime Museum are within easy reach on foot, and the gardens of Trebah, Glendurgan and Trelissick are about a 15 minute drive.
