With stunning panoramic views along the coast and out to sea, this comfortable and beautifully presented two storey addition to the owners bungalow is set in a large mature garden overlooking the roof tops of Boscastle, tucked into its lovely wooded valley below.
Entered from the open driveway and parking area, where there is room for up to 3 cars, a gate leads to a secluded patio and barbecue area and from there to the ground floor entrance. The main door opens into a hallway with stairs leading up to the major part of the accommodation on the first floor.
From the landing a door leads into a light and airy living room with lovely views from all the windows and sliding doors onto a small balcony providing a great place from which to view the beautiful North Coast sunsets. This room has comfortable seating, a dining area around a breakfast bar and a fully fitted kitchen. On the same floor are two attractive bedrooms, a twin bedded room with an en suite bathroom W.C. and hand basin and one with two single beds, a vanity basin and en suite shower and W.C.
On the ground floor is a very spacious room with a double bed, en suite shower room W.C. and hand basin and ample room for its own TV, armchairs and occasional dining table. Sliding patio doors open to the garden and patio area making this part of the property ideal for a quiet retreat from the general living area upstairs. Also on this floor is a well equipped utility room.
All the amenities of Boscastle are within a 5 minute drive down the hill but the Napoleon Inn is only a 2 minute walk away.

Assistance dogs are of course welcome in all our cottages free of charge, however owners of them should be aware that a considerable number of people are allergic to dogs and in some cases can have a severe reaction. Owners are therefore encouraged, where at all possible, to choose a property which normally allows pets.
Some properties accept pets other than dogs, but in all cases we are required to confirm consent from the cottage owner. Please contact the office on 01208 821 666 if you would like to take a pet other than a dog with you to one of our cottages.

A 5% loyalty discount is available at some properties for guests who have booked through Cornish Traditional Cottages a second or further holiday within 2 years. The Loyalty Discount cannot be claimed with any other discount.

- A summary of your booking will appear. To proceed with the booking select the 'Continue booking' button in the summary box. Deselect the weeks to remove the summary box.
- Reserved weeks can only be booked by a customer who has contacted the office and reserved the highlighted period.
