Treligga | Nr Port Isaac | Sleeps 12 in 4 cottages
TRELIGGA FARM COTTAGES - Four single storey barns of great character, on two sides of a walled and gated courtyard, originally the farm yard of this working farm in the hamlet of Treligga, just three fields from the coastal footpath and on three lovely circular walks. There is an established Carp Lake for the use of experienced licenced anglers, a real bonus for out of season bookings. Carefully converted, Honeysuckle, Stable Cottage, Swallows and Wild Rose are cosy with double glazing and central heating and the full length windows which face the sunny central courtyard ensure that they are light and airy. There is ample parking for cars within the courtyard together with undercover storage for bikes, wetsuits and beach gear if required. There is a summer house accessible to wheelchairs with good sea views. Recycling facilities are available on site. Each property has a Quality 32" LCD Freeview TV and a flat screen TV with Freeview in the main bedroom.

The glazed front door opens to a central slate floored hallway with a comfortable living room to one side with a compactly fitted kitchen area, ample dining space and a seating area with books provided. Oblique glimpses of the sea can be seen on the horizon from a large window between the neighbouring roof tops.
On the opposite side of the hall a spacious bedroom with hand basin has twin beds which can be pushed together, each with an electro massage one of which is adjustable and a full length window which faces inward to the courtyard. A walk in shower room W.C. with hand basin completes the accommodation.
This cottage has been converted to provide facilities for the disabled to category level two.

How would you rate the cottage's fittings, furnishings and equipment?’
A property will achieve a rating of 5 Smiles down to 1 Smile, although it is our policy not to carry any properties with ratings lower than 3 Smiles. The customer chooses from the following ratings:
- Excellent

Assistance dogs are of course welcome in all our cottages free of charge, however owners of them should be aware that a considerable number of people are allergic to dogs and in some cases can have a severe reaction. Owners are therefore encouraged, where at all possible, to choose a property which normally allows pets.
Some properties accept pets other than dogs, but in all cases we are required to confirm consent from the cottage owner. Please contact the office on 01208 821 666 if you would like to take a pet other than a dog with you to one of our cottages.
- Select the check box next to the week(s) you wish to book. Multiple weeks can only be booked consecutively. Non consecutive weeks must be booked separately.
- A summary of your booking will appear. To proceed with the booking select the 'Continue booking' button in the summary box. Deselect the weeks to remove the summary box.
- Weeks marked as 'Reserve' (highlighted in blue) cannot be booked at this point in time because availability and prices have not yet been agreed with the owner. You can reserve these weeks in your name until availability and pricing has been agreed. It is important to note that a 'Reserved' period can only be confirmed in your name if the owner wishes to make the Reserved period available for booking.
- 'Reserved' weeks (as opposed to 'Reserve' weeks) can only be booked by a customer who has 'Reserved' the highlighted period.
All prices are per week per property. Many properties promote an all inclusive price although some charge for extras such as bed linen, towels, heating and/or electricity. The Property description will detail any extra charges.
Booked: A customer has committed to a holiday period by paying a deposit or the full amount for a rental period.
Reserved: When a property is not yet available to be booked, a customer can 'Reserve' the property in their name on a first come first served basis. When Cornish Traditional Cottages and the owner have agreed availability and pricing for your selected period we will contact you to let you know if you can then book the property in your name. A Reservation does not guarantee a booking because the owner has first right of refusal on all availability.
Prices for short breaks are as follows:
- Up to 3 nights: 62% of the weekly price
- 4 nights: 71.5% of the weekly price
- 5 nights: 91% of the weekly price
- 6 nights: 100% of the weekly price
It is important to note that a 'Reserved' period can only be booked if the owner wishes to make the 'Reserved' period available for booking. Upon completion of your reservation you will receive confirmation by email or post containing details of the reservation.
