Set in a private gated mews in the heart ofTintagel, this light and airy double glazed cottage is one of a smalldevelopment tastefully converted from a historic 19th century hoteland bakery, just ashort level walk from all the local attractions steeped in romantic Arthurian legend. Tucked away in a quietcorner facinga pleasant stone flagged sunny courtyard, Honeycomb is ideally situated in securegrounds set back from the main street, yet it is within a five minute walk of the dramatic South West Coast Path and only a short drive from the wonderful surfing beaches of North Cornwall. The front door opens from the centralcourtyard directly into a charming and spacious sitting room with comfortable loungefurniture and a warm rug on the slate flagstones. To one side an inner door leads through to a countrystyle kitchen with pine fitted units, slate floor and a pine dining suite inthe centre of the room, and from here, a stable door opens to a small shelteredpatio area with rockery. Acarpeted staircase leads up in one corner of the lounge to the first floorlanding, a family bathroom W.C. with hand basin and shower over the bath and threeattractive bedrooms with natural wooden floorboards. There is a master bedroom with a double bedand en-suite shower room W.C. and hand basin, a smaller double bedroom and atwin bedded room. A large gravelled carpark at the rear has ample parking space for one car per property. The village itself offers awide selection of shops, restaurants and inns and Tintagel Castle famousfor its myths and legends of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table iswithin easy walking distance. The sandybeaches of Trebarwith Strand, Bossiney Cove, Polzeath and Daymer Bay are ashort drive away as are the picturesque fishing villages of Boscastle and PortIsaac. There are also spectacular coastal and moorland walks, coarse fishing, golfclub and sports centre nearby. BT Openzone isavailable in Tintagel – vouchers can be purchased online.

There is an extra charge for pets, most commonly at £18 pppw (per pet per week).
Assistance dogs are of course welcome in all our cottages free of charge, however owners of them should be aware that a considerable number of people are allergic to dogs and in some cases can have a severe reaction. Owners are therefore encouraged, where at all possible, to choose a property which normally allows pets.
Some properties accept pets other than dogs, but in all cases we are required to confirm consent from the cottage owner. Please contact the office on 01208 821 666 if you would like to take a pet other than a dog with you to one of our cottages.

A 5% loyalty discount is available at some properties for guests who have booked a second or further holiday within 2 years through Cornish Traditional Cottages. If you are eligible for the Loyalty Discount your final balance payment will be reduced accordingly after your booking has been submitted. The Loyalty Discount cannot be claimed with any other discount.
- Select the check box next to the week(s) you wish to book. Multiple weeks can only be booked consecutively. Non consecutive weeks must be booked separately.
- A summary of your booking will appear. To proceed with the booking select the 'Continue booking' button in the summary box. Deselect the weeks to remove the summary box.
- Weeks marked as 'Reserve' (highlighted in blue) cannot be booked at this point in time because availability and prices have not yet been agreed with the owner. You can reserve these weeks in your name until availability and pricing has been agreed. It is important to note that a 'Reserved' period can only be confirmed in your name if the owner wishes to make the Reserved period available for booking.
- 'Reserved' weeks (as opposed to 'Reserve' weeks) can only be booked by a customer who has 'Reserved' the highlighted period.
Pricing information
All prices are per week per property. Many properties promote an all inclusive price although some charge for extras such as bed linen, towels, heating and/or electricity. The Property description will detail any extra charges.
