Property Details
This detached and double glazed cottage is set within approximately four acres of tranquil grounds and wooded areas that make up Croft Cottages.
Offering a peaceful holiday setting, the single-storey accommodation is entirely on the level and is approached by a short winding driveway through the mature trees to a gravel parking area with a gently sloping path up to the entrance.
The front door opens into a main hallway, and to one side a door leads through to a light and airy living room with a cosy wood burning stove and a comfortable lounge suite set by the sliding patio doors.
At the rear of the living room there is a dining area with views across to the neighbouring meadow and an adjacent doorway leads into a well equipped fitted kitchen with a window overlooking the woodland area.
There are two good sized bedrooms enjoying views over the surrounding garden, a double with an en-suite bathroom W.C. with small hand basin and shower over the bath and a bedroom with twin beds plus a junior bed only suitable for a child up to the age of 7 (this will be converted into a cot when required). There are convector heaters in both bedrooms.
To complete the accommodation, leading off the hallway is a family bathroom W.C. with hand basin, bath and separate shower cubicle is fitted with a grab rail.
To the rear of the property is a small lawned area and to the front there is a private garden with a small level lawn, flower and shrub borders and an adjoining patio with a brick built barbecue for the sole use of Hazel Croft. There is parking available for 2 cars with further spaces on request.
