Within easy walking distance of Crantock village square and beach, this pleasant modern link-detached bungalow in a quiet residential close offers comfortable family accommodation. To the front, a low walled garden has an open driveway with parking for one car and a gentle slope leads up to the front door which opens to a small lobby and from there into a central hallway.
The accommodation consists of an L shaped sitting/dining room with an ornamental stone fireplace and a large window overlooking the front garden, a small well equipped kitchen with fitted units and a quarry tiled floor, and an attractive double glazed conservatory, reached both from the kitchen and the living room, with a pine breakfast table and cane furniture. There are two spacious bedrooms with a kingsize double and twin beds respectively, the former with a wash basin, and a bathroom W.C. with hand basin and additional shower cubicle completes the accommodation.
From the conservatory, a door leads out to a sheltered rear patio area and a securely hedged and gated south facing lawned garden with beautiful views across rolling hills to Cubert Common and beyond to The Kelseys in the distance, a view shared from all the rear windows.
There are two pubs and a local shop/P.O. within a 10 minute walk downhill and the lovely sandy beach next to the Gannel Estuary is only a 15-20 minute walk. Holywell Bay Fun Park has lots of activities for children including go karting, there are riding stables and a golf course nearby as well as delightful walks across Cubert Common to Kelsey Head, Porth Joke and Pentire Point West. The holiday resort of Newquay is 4 miles.

Our rating method, the popular "smiles" system is generated entirely by the feedback we receive from our visitors. The number of smiles is arrived at by taking the average grading given to the question:
How would you rate the cottage's fittings, furnishings and equipment?’
A property will achieve a rating of 5 Smiles down to 1 Smile, although it is our policy not to carry any properties with ratings lower than 3 Smiles. The customer chooses from the following ratings:

There is an extra charge for pets, most commonly at £18 pppw (per pet per week).
Assistance dogs are of course welcome in all our cottages free of charge, however owners of them should be aware that a considerable number of people are allergic to dogs and in some cases can have a severe reaction. Owners are therefore encouraged, where at all possible, to choose a property which normally allows pets.
Some properties accept pets other than dogs, but in all cases we are required to confirm consent from the cottage owner. Please contact the office on 01208 821 666 if you would like to take a pet other than a dog with you to one of our cottages.
