Just a 10 minute drive from the glorious sandy beaches of the Camel Estuary and less than 3 miles from the picturesque fishing village of Port Isaac, this is an excellent base for exploring both the coast and countryside and popular with golfers and walkers.
The end one of three double glazed properties tucked away in a quiet location, the property is fronted by a tarmac driveway with parking for 3 cars, and a path leads up to the front door which opens into the entrance hall.
The ground floor accommodation consists of a childrens bunk bedded room, a twin bedroom overlooking the rear garden, a bathroom W.C. with hand basin and shower over the bath and a utility room with laundry facilities. Uncarpeted pine stairs lead directly up from the hallway to a light and airy, open plan L shaped living room with triple aspect windows enjoying fine views of the surrounding unspoilt countryside.
There is a well fitted kitchen, an adjacent dining area and a pleasant sitting room with an electric fire set in a Cornish stone fireplace and sliding patio doors that open to a railed south facing balcony which benefits from the same tranquil views.
Leading off in one corner, there is a master bedroom with a double bed looking over the garden to fields beyond and a shower room W.C. with vanity basin.
A glazed door from the utility room opens to a fenced and gated rear garden with a path over which the neighbours have the right of way and from here six steps lead up to a sloping lawn.
There is a 16th century coaching inn with excellent restaurant close by and a good local farm shop at St Endellion, 2 miles. Delabole, 4 miles, has a post office store, pub and coarse fishing lakes and the old market town of Wadebridge, about 6 miles, offers shops, pubs, restaurants, a leisure centre and cycle hire to explore The Camel Trail. A footpath leads through neighbouring farmland, down the valley towards Port Gaverne and beyond to Port Isaac; visitors are requested they observe the country code. Polzeath famous for surfing and Rock with its sailing and watersports are approximately 6 miles away, as is Trebarwith Strand to the north, which is currently a dog friendly beach. The golf courses of St Enodoc, Bowood, St Kew and Roserrow are all within easy reach.
Please note: £150 damage deposit is payable on final invoice.

Assistance dogs are of course welcome in all our cottages free of charge, however owners of them should be aware that a considerable number of people are allergic to dogs and in some cases can have a severe reaction. Owners are therefore encouraged, where at all possible, to choose a property which normally allows pets.
Some properties accept pets other than dogs, but in all cases we are required to confirm consent from the cottage owner. Please contact the office on 01208 821 666 if you would like to take a pet other than a dog with you to one of our cottages.
- Select the check box next to the week(s) you wish to book. Multiple weeks can only be booked consecutively. Non consecutive weeks must be booked separately.
- A summary of your booking will appear. To proceed with the booking select the 'Continue booking' button in the summary box. Deselect the weeks to remove the summary box.
- Weeks marked as 'Reserve' (highlighted in blue) cannot be booked at this point in time because availability and prices have not yet been agreed with the owner. You can reserve these weeks in your name until availability and pricing has been agreed. It is important to note that a 'Reserved' period can only be confirmed in your name if the owner wishes to make the Reserved period available for booking.
- 'Reserved' weeks (as opposed to 'Reserve' weeks) can only be booked by a customer who has 'Reserved' the highlighted period.
All prices are per week per property. Many properties promote an all inclusive price although some charge for extras such as bed linen, towels, heating and/or electricity. The Property description will detail any extra charges.
Booked: A customer has committed to a holiday period by paying a deposit or the full amount for a rental period.
Reserved: When a property is not yet available to be booked, a customer can 'Reserve' the property in their name on a first come first served basis. When Cornish Traditional Cottages and the owner have agreed availability and pricing for your selected period we will contact you to let you know if you can then book the property in your name. A Reservation does not guarantee a booking because the owner has first right of refusal on all availability.

- 4 nights: 71.5% of the weekly price
- 5 nights: 91% of the weekly price
- 6 nights: 100% of the weekly price
It is important to note that a 'Reserved' period can only be booked if the owner wishes to make the 'Reserved' period available for booking. Upon completion of your reservation you will receive confirmation by email or post containing details of the reservation.
