Our rating method, the popular "smiles" system is generated entirely by the feedback we receive from our visitors. The number of smiles is arrived at by taking the average grading given to the question:
How would you rate the cottage's fittings, furnishings and equipment?’
A property will achieve a rating of 5 Smiles down to 1 Smile, although it is our policy not to carry any properties with ratings lower than 3 Smiles. The customer chooses from the following ratings:

There is an extra charge for pets, most commonly at £18 pppw (per pet per week).
Assistance dogs are of course welcome in all our cottages free of charge, however owners of them should be aware that a considerable number of people are allergic to dogs and in some cases can have a severe reaction. Owners are therefore encouraged, where at all possible, to choose a property which normally allows pets.
Some properties accept pets other than dogs, but in all cases we are required to confirm consent from the cottage owner. Please contact the office on 01208 821 666 if you would like to take a pet other than a dog with you to one of our cottages.

- "After many years of dissatisfaction with self-catering properties we stayed, we were delighted to find Gramerci. It's comfortable and practical and set in wonderful surroundings. We were so satisfied that we've stayed every year since 2001 and planning on our 12th visit next year. " Mrs Spencer, Kenilworth
- "Gramerci was an ideal base for our 3 generation holiday." Mrs Mansell, TUNBRIDGE WELLS
- "We have stayed at Gramerci for over ten years now and always look forward to our next visit. We find the property ideally situated for a quiet stay all Cornwall being within easy reach, particularly the local surrounding area which gives spectacular coastal views and walks. The property is cosy and real home from home, very clean and comfortable supported by the owners never tiring efforts to accommodate their guests and improve facilities. Without doubt so far as we are concerned Gramerci ticks all the boxes and more besides. Well done and many thanks to Mr & Mrs Finnemore, look forward to more visits. Kind regards Mr & Mrs Hillyard" Mr Hillyard, Driffield
