Set in a small hamlet less than two miles from Veryan Bay with lovely views of the surrounding countryside, this delightful cottage in the middle of an L shaped group, is set to one side of a quiet lane, and reached by way of its own gated pretty front garden.

A porch with a door opens into a pleasant sitting room with a small fitted kitchen alcove to one side. A glazed door leads through to a bright dining room with pine furniture, and then to a service courtyard at the rear, bordered by rural fields. Open tread stairs go directly up from the sitting room to a landing with a modern bathroom W.C. wash basin and hand shower fitment to the bath, and a cottage style bedroom with a double and single bed. There are two off road parking spaces located at one end of the group.

The south facing sandy beach at Pendower is 2.5 miles, and the village of Veryan, 1.5 miles has a local store / P.O. and a good pub offering bar food.
