To the right of the hallway is a well equipped fitted kitchen and at the end is a door leading to a spacious dining room with an additional chair and a step leading down to a cosy sitting room with a comfortable lounge suite and an attractive open fireplace.

At the far end of the dining room a door opens into an additional coats area with a further door opening onto a beautiful sunken patio with lily pond containing goldfish. There is also an external utility room.

From the entrance hall stairs lead up to a half landing with two twin bedded rooms each with a hand basin. The stairs then continue to the first floor where there are a bathroom / W.C. with shower over the bath and a large pretty double bedroom, with en-suite W.C. and hand basin, overlooking the patio and extensive gardens.

Outside there is a brick bbq for the exclusive use of this property. There is parking available for 3 cars with further spaces on request.

Please note: Logs & coal inclusive. Towels are not available (supplied for overseas guests only).  Wifi is available in certain areas of the grounds at Croft Cottages but not necessarily inside the properties.  This property is available as a sleeps two for 2012. Refer to code 504.
