Falmouth with the Maritime Museum is about 4 miles, Truro 6 miles and the Eden Project a 30 minute drive. There is a bus stop within a couple of minutes walk with a scheduled bus service running between Truro and Falmouth, and there is a large supermarket at Penryn, 10 minutes drive.
