To one side, a low doorway opens to a lovely double glazed conservatory which has a wood burning stove, wicker furniture and French Windows leading out to the terrace and garden.

Wainhouse Corner, just over a mile away, has a pub offering food, garage, and P.O. store and the nearest beach is 4 miles away at Crackington Haven.
