Little Croft, Croft Cottage, Beech Croft, Hazel Croft and Pine Croft are attractively set in just under four acres of mature gardens, fields and small areas of woodland on the outskirts of the village of Goonhavern. Visitors are able to make full use of all the grounds for recreational purposes. Goonhavern has a village shop and post office, pub, barber, and large garden centre with pet, greengrocer, gift shops and cafe. Riding stables are also nearby. 2.5 miles away is the coastal resort of Perranporth with its miles of golden sands. The shops and attractions of Truro and Newquay are approximately a 15 minute drive. No cats.

A comfortable fully double glazed detached bungalow with relaxing views of fields and woodland, fronted by a sheltered paved patio area and approached by a short winding driveway through tree shaded lawns with a gravel parking area.
The front door opens to the hallway with a light and pleasant sitting / dining room to one side with a cosy woodburning stove and patio doors at one end with views through the trees of the congenial gardens. At the rear of this room a door leads into a well equipped fitted kitchen.
There are three pleasant bedrooms. The double has an ensuite shower room W.C. and hand basin, the shower cubicle is fitted with a grab rail. The twin bedded room has a vanity basin and there is a smaller room with 2ft 6in solid bunk beds, only suitable for children up to the age of 16 - not for adults. All the bedrooms are fitted with convector heaters. A bathroom W.C. with wash basin and shower over the bath opens from the hallway.
All rooms look out on the shaded grassy gardens that surround the property. Under the trees in front of the cottage there is a brick bbq for the sole use of this property. In addition to the garden furniture which is provided, there is also a hexagonal picnic table built around a tree stump with seating for nine. There is parking available for 2 cars with further spaces on request.
Please note: Towels are not available (supplied for overseas guests only). Portable ramp to assist access over steps is available on request. Wifi is available in certain areas of the grounds at Croft Cottages but not necessarily inside the properties.

A property will achieve a rating of 5 Smiles down to 1 Smile, although it is our policy not to carry any properties with ratings lower than 3 Smiles. The customer chooses from the following ratings:

- Satisfactory
- Below standard

Assistance dogs are of course welcome in all our cottages free of charge, however owners of them should be aware that a considerable number of people are allergic to dogs and in some cases can have a severe reaction. Owners are therefore encouraged, where at all possible, to choose a property which normally allows pets.
Some properties accept pets other than dogs, but in all cases we are required to confirm consent from the cottage owner. Please contact the office on 01208 821 666 if you would like to take a pet other than a dog with you to one of our cottages.

- 'Reserved' weeks (as opposed to 'Reserve' weeks) can only be booked by a customer who has 'Reserved' the highlighted period.
All prices are per week per property. Many properties promote an all inclusive price although some charge for extras such as bed linen, towels, heating and/or electricity. The Property description will detail any extra charges.
Booked: A customer has committed to a holiday period by paying a deposit or the full amount for a rental period.
Reserved: When a property is not yet available to be booked, a customer can 'Reserve' the property in their name on a first come first served basis. When Cornish Traditional Cottages and the owner have agreed availability and pricing for your selected period we will contact you to let you know if you can then book the property in your name. A Reservation does not guarantee a booking because the owner has first right of refusal on all availability.
Prices for short breaks are as follows:
- Up to 3 nights: 62% of the weekly price
- 4 nights: 71.5% of the weekly price
- 5 nights: 91% of the weekly price
- 6 nights: 100% of the weekly price
It is important to note that a 'Reserved' period can only be booked if the owner wishes to make the 'Reserved' period available for booking. Upon completion of your reservation you will receive confirmation by email or post containing details of the reservation.
