A semi detached, double glazed corner bungalow in a quiet close a few minutes walk from the sandy beach and River Gannel.
A low walled and gated garden extends around two sides with a short path to the front door which opens into a light hallway with a pleasant sitting room opening from the hall. The decor is simple and unfussy with board floors, rugs and light painted walls.
A kitchen / dining room with a ceramic tiled floor has a door that opens to a useful utility porch and rear entrance with room to store wet coats and beach gear. A shower room with hand basin, a separate W.C. and two bedrooms complete the accommodation.
A double bedroom looks out over the front garden and a twin bedded room has a window to a secluded walled and gated terrace with wooden decking, an ideal outdoor room with picnic table.
There is room for one car on the driveway. A nearby footpath offers a short cut to the beach road and Crantock Village has small shops and two public houses (pub food) and local buses to Newquay and Truro stop in the square. There are lovely cliff walks in the area around to Porth Joke and coarse fishing and riding are available in the area.

Assistance dogs are of course welcome in all our cottages free of charge, however owners of them should be aware that a considerable number of people are allergic to dogs and in some cases can have a severe reaction. Owners are therefore encouraged, where at all possible, to choose a property which normally allows pets.
Some properties accept pets other than dogs, but in all cases we are required to confirm consent from the cottage owner. Please contact the office on 01208 821 666 if you would like to take a pet other than a dog with you to one of our cottages.

- Weeks marked as 'Reserve' (highlighted in blue) cannot be booked at this point in time because availability and prices have not yet been agreed with the owner. You can reserve these weeks in your name until availability and pricing has been agreed. It is important to note that a 'Reserved' period can only be confirmed in your name if the owner wishes to make the Reserved period available for booking.
- 'Reserved' weeks (as opposed to 'Reserve' weeks) can only be booked by a customer who has 'Reserved' the highlighted period.
All prices are per week per property. Many properties promote an all inclusive price although some charge for extras such as bed linen, towels, heating and/or electricity. The Property description will detail any extra charges.
Booked: A customer has committed to a holiday period by paying a deposit or the full amount for a rental period.
Reserved: When a property is not yet available to be booked, a customer can 'Reserve' the property in their name on a first come first served basis. When Cornish Traditional Cottages and the owner have agreed availability and pricing for your selected period we will contact you to let you know if you can then book the property in your name. A Reservation does not guarantee a booking because the owner has first right of refusal on all availability.
Prices for short breaks are as follows:
- Up to 3 nights: 62% of the weekly price
- 4 nights: 71.5% of the weekly price
- 5 nights: 91% of the weekly price
- 6 nights: 100% of the weekly price
It is important to note that a 'Reserved' period can only be booked if the owner wishes to make the 'Reserved' period available for booking. Upon completion of your reservation you will receive confirmation by email or post containing details of the reservation.
