Enjoy a day out at the sandy beach at Gyllyngvase, Falmouth. There’s a shop for your buckets and spades and you should check out the Gylly Beach Cafe for delicious lunches or a coffee and cake!

88 Keepers Barn is a pretty, spacious end-of-terrace apartment sleeping 5 on the attractive Maenporth Estate in west Cornwall. It's close to the leisure centre and indoor pool, just a few minutes' walk from the beach and a ten-minute drive to the bustling seaside town of Falmouth. Well equipped, it has two bathrooms and parking.

Wonderful river views can be seen from the lounge.

French doors open onto a patio with lovely views of the river.

The master bedroom is bright and airy and has a 5ft double bed.

The third bedroom has adult size bunk beds.

The shower room is separate from the toilet

A view of Halliards (ground floor) couldn't be closer to the beach.

The open planned lounge, dining area & kitchen is very spacious making it suitable for a anyone with a disability.

The living area is decorated in neutral tones.

There is plenty of room for six round the large dining table.

The spacious modern kitchen has many useful cupboards.

Halliards is located very close to the beach.

The heated swimming pool is open for guests from May 1st until the end of September. Booking is necessary during the school holidays.
