Wonderful river views can be seen from the lounge.

French doors open onto a patio with lovely views of the river.

The master bedroom is bright and airy and has a 5ft double bed.

The third bedroom has adult size bunk beds.

The shower room is separate from the toilet

A view of Halliards (ground floor) couldn't be closer to the beach.

The open planned lounge, dining area & kitchen is very spacious making it suitable for a anyone with a disability.

The living area is decorated in neutral tones.

There is plenty of room for six round the large dining table.

The spacious modern kitchen has many useful cupboards.

The curtains and cushions look good against the white walls.

The front door and wrap round patio, which has great river views.

Halliards is located very close to the beach.

The heated swimming pool is open for guests from May 1st until the end of September. Booking is necessary during the school holidays.

Visit the Kiosk at Helford Passage for boat hire and for the foot ferry across to Helford Village.

Enys Garden, in Penryn, is beautiful, especially in the spring!

The Eden Project is not to be missed! An amazing day out for the family. It's about an hour away.

Try your hand at crazy golf at Swanpool! There's a beach there, plus a lovely cafe for lunch.

Truro is our main shopping centre. The cathedral is quite beautiful too!
